      None, everything was down to the individual to source and you were constantly criticised for the quality of your own leads!

      Cons

      They lie about everything from the size of their teams to the capability of their solutions and their commitment to staff.

      It is not overly structured, which may not suit someone who likes cannot work outside the box.
