-Amazing, bright people. Some of the smartest people I know work here. -Leadership and management sincerely care about the employees and the customers. -It is an amazing mission, and our day-to-day work truly does make a difference -There is a ton of growth. That leads to opportunities and is easy to put your fingerprints on foundational things. -People work hard and really care about performing at a high level
Cons
-There are times that there is a lot of work to do. That is because sales are going great and we are growing quickly, but there are times that it can be a lot. -Cigna isn't my favorite medical insurance and we switched to them this year
