Pros
Snacks. All the soda you can drink and sometimes lunch. And there's a cool secret room to go in, too. CEO is very busy but if/when you can get his time he's a smart man to learn from and it's clear he wants to enable company growth. The product itself is fantastic, so it's easy to believe in what you do. The company name is also well recognized, which says something as translation is a VERY fragmented market.
Cons
Negative attitudes among some colleagues who can be a little entitled. Take the reviewer who said she cried in the bathroom as an example. That's her issue with needing to put on her big girl panties and get to work instead of anything the company did wrong. For those who are willing to work hard though, this is a great place to be.
