The Sales Development (SDR) motion is important to our commercial sales structure in Boston and Bellevue, and our goal is to support the team members serving in that role. As a current SDR team member, my hope is that (1) you attended the SDR all-team breakout session during sales kick off and found it valuable, (2) have received information on updated SDR processes and metrics, (3) have taken advantage of internal feedback options we have in place, including your manager, your HR business partner, and general employee feedback (direct line to CEO and me, available on the employee resource center). Although we can't guarantee a certain outcome, we discuss and openly consider all feedback.
