Pros

Great People (mostly) work is challenging, People are helpful and there is no lack of work. Still had the startup feel.

Cons

Cliques in engineering and Sales, if you are in the clique life is good, if not trying to get help is like pulling teeth. Change in the culture when the new COO came onboard. Product is too complex and thus testing is marginal leading to lots of bugs. Infrastructure was not very stable but perhaps that has changed for the better.

Pros

From the top down, this company is doing a great job of listening to its customers, appreciating its people and building toward another successful decade. Much of the typical growing pains with fast growth is handled well by the current leadership team and the future is as bullish as ever.

Cons

This company is the category creator and had to shrug off its initial growing pains. Things are moving quickly toward the innovation curve again, which means you need to be comfortable with change and getting things done while working across remote teams.

Pros

- Incredibly innovative and looking to serve the best needs of the clients at all times. - Couldn't ask for a more supportive or knowledgeable leadership team. They hire the best, put their trust in them and are completely open to new ideas and perspectives. - Fast-paced and challenging with the opportunity to wear many hats. Things are never ever dull here! - The team is incredibly supportive, so while you may face challenges, you will never feel that you are facing them alone. The shared vision and drive of the team here is amazing and a very rare find. - Team members are valued no matter where they sit or what their rank. With many people working remotely some companies can face dueling cultures between field and home office, but that is not the case here. Everyone is valued regardless of where they sit, how often they come into the office or where they might fall on a traditional org chart hierarchy. High levels of mutual respect and admiration among the team makes this possible.

Cons

- With such fast growth, resources can sometimes become strained, but with the supportive team environment we work together to tackle all challenges - We could use more opportunities to meet as a team/company. This can be very valuable but with limited time available to all getting together often can be tough. - There is always too much to do. Prioritization is key here.
