Pros

It used to be easy and fun. The company used to care about management

Cons

The company recently sent a later to all their employees including hourlies stating the comany is hurting financially and will no longer be paying into the 401K. Now on top of that theyve cut about 90 labor hours from everyone's schedules so the managers do EVERYTHING not being able to afford to have employees in there store.

Pros

There isn’t many pros about this company besides it helps you grow in a kitchen if trained properly.

Cons

Management is a joke, Teamwork is a joke. Manager’s will be on their phones while you’re only one cook in the back running everything and never offer to help and when they do it’s barely any. The higher ups will expect so much out of you and run you into the ground with work then wonder why you’re so burnt out. It doesn’t feel like a job but more like torture working here and that’s just a start of what goes on here.
