Horrible company to work for - General Manager Smashburger Employee Review

Corporate management is clueless. They are so disengaged from actual store level operations. They expect management team to give and give and do things not in the job description. But never appreciate it or give anything back. They love dangling the carrot but never let you actually obtain it. They make constant promises, but never follow through. I've never seen a company with a little integrity as this company. 7 years of my life wasted.....
