Growing and people focused. Given great ownership in my market and community to make the brand more successful. Great leadership that helps my development.

I have not had any bad experiences since joining the team. They empower and challenge me at the same time.

Relatively flexible schedule... coworkers were great too

Cons

Very demanding as you are usually the only person performing in one area. Mgmt is typically reluctant to help.
