Hi, I have been with Smile for over 5 + years and I am still with the company. Here are some key aspects that I truly appreciate: 1. The company culture is collaborative and supportive. Senior leaders are approachable and willing to mentor and it's an easy way to grow up and expand/share your expertise. 2. In my case I also got excellent opportunities to understand business operations on the client side through direct collaboration when necessary for B2B and B2C parts of his projects. 3. The management always open-minded to implementation of new ideas on the every interaction of SDLC parths. ( but you need good proofs =) ) 4. Consistent, detailed feedback on additional needs beyond your direct responsibilities, document management by accounting, and technical support/replacement for devices, etc. 5. Work-Life Balance: remote work + flexible working hours + payable sick days etc.
Cons
The limited availability of open office spaces may pose a challenge for employees who prefer an on-site working environment in Ukraine.
