There were no pros working here.

Everything was a con. You get sent no where which is already a security risk. And no one prepares you for what you could run into out there. My coworkers have been followed by weirdos mind you it's a group of just girls when that happened. I knocked on a house where a care worker was literally getting physically abused which is really a shocking scene to witness and when I told the superior he honestly showed very little care. You travel like total 3hrs per day that you're not paid for. You're blamed for not making targets that it's literally not up to you to make. Then you're given 2 weeks to perform amazing like a pro or you're fired, I knew a lot of people who got hired and fired in 2 weeks. Luckily I got a new job and ditched this place, this is not a longterm or even short term plan fr, look for somewhere else.

Field Exposure, Strong Community engagement,

No work life balance, Terrible management, Only the top tier get good appraisal, promotions, You have to be in good books always. still living in 1950's salary, Not a great place to work- ironically.
