Pros

Smile Identity has rapidly expanded/ grown over the past year. During this rapid expansion, Smile ID has taken the time to dive into insights and make actionable changes internally and externally. Focusing not only on revenue but on the culture within the company, employee health, and knowledge share. It's rare for a start-up of Smile ID's size to truly listen to feedback from employees and partners while actioning that feedback internally. In other words, be a part of the feedback loop internally and you'll be a great fit for driving change. On a day-to-day basis, you're surrounded by highly intelligent, driven, and ambitious individuals. Ask questions, dive into those figurative loopholes and provide solutions. You have the ability to build your career with Smile ID with no gatekeepers other than yourself.

Cons

With any start-up, the culture is to get things done. This is an industry-standard. Start-ups often move from reactive to proactive after a few years, this is something that you as an individual can help to define and drive, it's an opportunity to do better. There are occasional long hours but they aren't mandatory - It's a choice to be a part of the growth and to jump in.

Passionate employees who are excited about the work. Company moving in the right direction. Culture of open feedback and lots of opportunities for self-starters to grow into leadership. Major international partnerships.

Cons

Timezones can be challenging, and not always sufficient people in every role, but that's why we're hiring.
