CEO is in over his head. Lacks integrity. Does not know healthcare. Board of Directors and CEO not committed to following state and federal regulatory requirements for the legal qualifications of physicians and providers. They get rid of employees who speak up and challenge them and who get in their way of how they want to do credentialing and clinical requirements. They put patients and the organization at risk from poor hiring processes. They have completely unrealistic expectations and do not listen to their employees. Company is struggling to make budgeted financial projections and will never be able to grow, scale, and meet their demands as they are presently set up. They do not have the strength of leadership, nor the proper internal controls to handle the work they have now.
