Pros
Lots of smart, friendly people from different places that go out of their way to help. Pretty decent pay & benefits. Accessible management, although there are some snooty ones that think they're special. There is pride in the products and in the business although many people leave eventually to pursue greener pastures. Due to the medium size & global presence, there is a lot of exposure to doing business with a global outlook as well gaining international experience. Possible opportunities to shine due to the crude way the company gets things done. Headquartered in London! If you're really lucky you may even get to visit the Global Head Office (GHO).
Cons
Different divisions operate on their own terms and it is surprisingly siloed for a relatively small company. Systems that do not communicate with each other makes information gathering so tedious and time consuming the decisions are made based on incomplete/incorrect/guesstimated data. Lots of churn in upper management which results in goals and focus being changed frequently.
