Hostile and unprofessional depending on which dept you worked at - Anonymous employee Smith+Nephew Employee Review

I worked next to the finance and contract dept. Sitting and working next to them was frustrating enough hearing them shouting and yelling at one another. You can tell they miserable. Then you have this one lady who is just awful at training the temps. You can't even go to her for help or ask her a question without her yelling at you and telling you to pay attention more and take more notes. Still shocked to how she got away from this or to why they keep assigning her to train the new hired. No temps I knew wanted to stay there. It was brutal with poor morals and lack of patience that they have toward the new hires.
