      Pros

      Have fun working in a fast paced sports environment, great experience for your next opportunity. The staff is very friendly. Made to feel like a family environment of of workplace.

      Cons

      Long days and nights with bare minimum pay. Working outside in the hottest months of the year. 5 days on and 5 days off schedule due to the way minor league teams play.

      Pros

      Working for the Smokies is like working at a theme park. We want the fans to enjoy themselves. End of story. There is a culture of communication that keeps everyone in the loop as best as possible. The best part though, is getting to watch baseball at the end of every night.

      Cons

      Baseball has a long season and they play on the weekends. Some weeks you might pull 60 hours without batting an eye.
