Pros
The culture: hands down, it's the incredible people here. I’ve worked a lot of places, and SnackNation hands down has the most supportive, positive, and growth-oriented culture I’ve ever experienced. Leadership cares about and prioritizes the full spectrum of health (physical, mental, and emotional), and is committed to helping us all get better every day (inside the office and out of it too). Simply put - people care for each other look out for one another here, and it’s really refreshing. Flexibility: this is a results-oriented culture, meaning if you get your work done, you can pretty much take off all the time you want or need, which is huge. Likewise, if you have family obligations, you can rearrange your schedule to fit your needs. It’s all about doing great work. How and when you do it is really up to you. Rocketship ride: we have a huge mission and ambitious business goals, and there are countless opportunities for people to come in and quickly make a real impact. Dog-friendly, weekly lunches, team outings, ping pong, lunch and learns, and of course, free snacks.
Cons
It’s a fast-paced environment. Sometimes it can seem like a lot. The key to success is being up for a challenge and able to adapt to change.
