      Pros

      It used to be a good place to work, but this is officially a sinking ship.

      Cons

      Leadership does not know how to run a company and the company as a whole is being mismanaged. Morale is at an all time low - people are just waiting around to get laid off. Terrible WLB and now that good pay is gone it’s not worth it.

      Pros

      Relatively good opportunities for those who just starting their career and want to try big tech (kinda big)

      Cons

      The code is outdated. Building the app won't give you experience that you can fully use outside of the Snapchat. So much homemade tools and solution that doesn't provide best experience and doesn't simplify your life. Often perf reviews are a burden.
