I can't even consider calling the CEO or the COO leaders. That's not what they are. I cringe every time I see their pictures or awards for "Leadership". They're dictators that have absolutely no business "leading" a company. They'll be the first to yell, berate, and fire you in front of the whole company for simply breathing the wrong way. I've seen colleagues get fired for asking a question and simply trying to help find a solution. God forbid you ever, ever suggest anything there. If you don't kiss their butts and be their slave, you might as well just start looking for another job.
If you want a job, keep your mouth shut and work 60+ hours a week. Have a family? Hope you don't enjoy being around them. Got plans for the weekend? You thought you did. Want to take PTO? Automatic decline.
There's a reason that SnapNurse is quick to hire you as an employee, it's because of TURNOVER!! Employees drop like flys over there. If anyone tells you they're happy there, that's a lie.
People are moved into positions where they have zero experience! Hmmm, I wonder why those departments are not running smoothly??
