-Not clear on what the want from you as an employee. -you have to lead as you go, there is not really any training on answereing phones and helping people out. -just get thrown on the phones and you have to figure it out. -Training could have been more extensive and thorough

There are many MANY cons about this company. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Number one is that they severely under pay you for what they ask of you. There are no bonuses at the end of the year either because you “should have earned it during the year” Since Resideo has taken over the heart of what the company used to be is now replaced with coal. They will gladly give you more work with no compensation. Management will not assist you with anything and just demand results If you try to speak with a manager about any issues they will either fall on deaf ears or dismiss you. If you were to present them with a way for the company to run more smoothly or make more money they will take your idea, implement it and give you no credit or compensation whatsoever. This happened in the sales department. They are dipping as a company overall which is causing frantic choices and disorganization. Save yourself the trouble of not jumping on this sinking ship
