Cons

- I was suddenly let go after only 9 days on the job, with no warning and no discussion beforehand. IMAGINE quitting your previous full-time job / turning down other offers to join this company, only to be fired after 9 days. - One of the reasons given was that I didn’t take part in unpaid weekend work during those nine days. No one ever raised any concerns with me or gave me a chance to explain my side before making the decision.

Cons

I joined Snappy as a junior software developer eager to learn and grow. Unfortunately, the complete absence of training hindered my development. There was no formal onboarding, no defined learning paths, and no mentorship opportunities. This sink-or-swim environment made it challenging to contribute effectively and quickly. Junior developers need support and guidance, and Snappy failed to provide that. This lack of investment in its employees is a major concern.
