I spent over a year building a book of accounts for Snappy. I took over 1000 discovery calls, some qualified, most not. I grinded for Snappy in the hopes of eventually making some commission, as our comp plan only paid out reps when Snappy was utilized, not when the initial contract is signed. After a year of hard work, they laid off almost my entire team off and now did not have to pay out any of the commission to me or any others. While I did make some in the first year, any AE knows it takes a year to start realizing your full OTE - just in time for Snappy to lay us off. If you want to work at a company with toxic positivity, favoritism, and an unclear direction, Snappy is for you.
