The executive team is like a private members club with no sense of reality and fairness and really don't care about you if you're not in the club Do not trust the management here. Great with words that big themselves and the company but in reality growth is stagnant, its all smoke and mirrors or in other words, lies. Time management is ridiculous. Too many meetings where nothing is achieved, whilst the executives are plotting their next dramatic u-turn and next round of redundancies. Avoid at all cost, do not trust them You'll be there 2 years maximum then dumped, no matter how successful you've been in your role. Executives
