      - The team was pretty cool no complaints

      Cons

      - Snakey backstabbers from New York branch - My role was being advertised online while I was still working, was told not to worry, it is a mistake. - Was given feedback on a Thursday, made instant improvements, was told even though I've made those improvements my contract will be terminated. - Will get rid of you in weeks using "cultural fit" and lack of extensive sneaker knowledge as an excuse. Do not leave your secure role, you will be unemployed weeks after!

      Pros

      The staff that you work with everyday are cool, when it comes to hiring they definitely hire people who tend to mesh well. You work Monday-Friday

      UNDERPAID & OVERWORKED - Only take any job here if you're young and just looking for some pocket money They will sell you a dream in your interview but it's completely different when you're there Your hours are inconsistent - You will come in believing you are working close to 9-5 but some days you will work 9a-9p and others 9a-12p Owner and management don't care as long as they make their money THERE ARE NO BENEFITS - even for full time employees except PTO that you accumulate
