Pros

Maybe alright for interns but not for professionals

Cons

Unfair in terms of compensation, wrong business practice. They are now facing eviction case for zoning violation. The city government where they hold their Philippine studio has not issued they 2016 license to operate. What will happen to their animators? How will the animation industry prosper if our foreign clients will hear about this?

Pros

Good for interns. Bad for full-time workers.

Cons

No benefits, No Holiday leaves, VL and SL, No room for career growth, Low bonuses, Low salary, No regularization at all, Needs improvement on management, A very unorganized company. All the production assistant do shrieking and screaming, no professionalism; It's like working in a wet market. No proper training for PAs and Supervisors. Some are biased and there are favoritism as well.

Pros

Getting to work for big tv shows from disney or cartoon network.

Cons

Process to get regularized is like this: - entry level - mid-level - regular rate - probationary - regularization And each evaluation per phase takes months to years. No benefits and protection for years, I treat this as a freelance when there are available handouts only, and have already detached myself from regularization because I know I will only be disappointed.
