Pros
Diverse spectrum of engineering roles and tasks revolving around databases, cloud, AI and more. Generally nice, helpful and open people to work with. A lot of great talent to learn from.
Cons
It depends on a team/department. Increasingly demanding and fast paced work (especially around the AI realm) and sometimes lack of proper assertiveness from managers towards their superiors that would might stabilize the workload for the engineers. At times, too much focus on "making an impact" instead of "doing a good and proper work".
