Horrible Place to Work - Anonymous employee Snowfox Employee Review

Good hours, great management, wonderful benefits, and healthy environment

Not very descriptive of expectations

No real pros to working for this franchise.

Up to 12-14 hours a day, 7 times a week. Waiting on DoorDash orders that might or might not come. Dealing with customers, Kroger (Corporate) + SnowFox managers, and inspectors. Constantly standing and moving around. Endless amount of protocols and policies to follow. Inspections up to 6 times a year or more. No work balance at all, no benefits, a good percentage of your sales goes back to Kroger+SnowFox and back into buying supplies. Unnecessary fines and overworked.
