Pros
Great benefits, catered meals and open kitchen. Starting with a company that is a "start-up" company can be shaky, but it's great to be able to grow along with a company and be part of its growth. The company actually cares about the employees and when you do hit that shaky ground, they usually share the information outright. The CEO holds multiple meeting with all the employees to keep us apprised of what is going on internally.
Cons
There tends to be some favoritism in the ranks, and when applying for promotions, you can sometime be discouraged to apply due to this. The hours can be demanding and difficult to manage if you have young children at home. With any company that is starting up, there are a lot of demands placed on the employees.
