Thank you for taking the time to share your SoFi experience with us, and we're disappointed to hear it did not meet your expectations. Perhaps you left before we started rolling out our Manager Onboarding Program, which is designed to give all managers the tools they need to support and inspire their teams to do the best work of their lives.
We conduct an annual employee survey and use those insights to create new programs to address employee concerns. For example, in 2020, our employees asked for more career development opportunities, so we have rolled out new career pathing programs for Operations, and are in the process of implementing a development program for employees in Engineering, Product, and Design. We know 401k matching is important to our employees, and will continue to keep it top of mind as we evolve our benefits offerings.
Lastly, we never offer incentives to employees in exchange for a review on Glassdoor. We are proud to be able to offer every new hire a welcome kit so they feel a part of the SoFi family.
