Hey there! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm obviously biased but agree we get to work with some of the smartest, most thoughtful and kind people in the industry! That said, your comments around management is not indicative of the type of culture we are trying to build at SoFi. Creating a 'best place to work' caliber company starts with world-class leaders. We're in the process of revamping some of our manager trainings so our new managers and newly promoted managers have the tools and resources to best support their teams. Our quarterly and annual OKR planning process is designed to create and execute a clear vision for our teams, and our company as a whole. If you see a disconnect here, I strongly suggest you voice it to a manager/leader you trust or our HR team. That said, I've shared these comments with our L&D team so we can take action on your feedback.
Additionally, as you know, we have a quarterly performance check-in program and a formal process to award merit increases and promotions. We also frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance.
