Thank you for the years you dedicated to working at SoFi, and for your thoughtful feedback. We are disappointed that working at SoFi didn't meet your expectations. As you may remember, we have really ambitious goals as a company, one of which is to build a 'worlds' best culture' and we believe that starts with having excellent managers. We have a new formed Talent Development team who's #1 focus this year is on manager enablement so we can continue to develop great leaders. They are creating a thoughtful and comprehensive curriculum to meet managers where they are at so they can lead thriving teams. We're sorry to hear you feel our values are not genuine, we have been very intentional about weaving our values into everything we do - from our onboarding programs, to our value of the month programming, to our performance process, and our recognition tool.
