Pros

Some kind of flexible schedule.

Cons

Work ethic is terrible, I constantly see how they are firing employees without prior notice and effective immediately. If you are thinking to work with these people think again.

Pros

Working at SoLo Funds Inc. has been an exceptional experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment. The company's mission to empower individuals through accessible funding aligns closely with my values, and I take pride in being part of a team that is making a real difference in people's lives. The culture at SoLo Funds is collaborative and inclusive. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued, and I appreciate the emphasis on open communication. My colleagues are not only talented but also genuinely supportive; we celebrate each other's successes and work together to overcome challenges. Leadership at SoLo Funds is admirable. The management team is approachable and encourages feedback from all employees. They are committed to personal and professional growth, offering various training sessions and resources to help us develop our skills and advance in our careers.

Cons

Like any organization, there are occasional challenges. Given the fast-paced nature of the fintech industry, workload can fluctuate significantly. However, the management team is responsive and actively seeks to balance workloads among team members, which is appreciated.

Pros

Some genuinely talented developers on the team Product concept has potential Flexible remote work when not being furloughed

Cons

The entire company was furloughed with little warning or transparency Upper management—especially Rodney—was deeply involved in day-to-day decisions to the point of micromanaging, creating delays and confusion Leadership lacked a clear technical roadmap and regularly shifted priorities Concerns raised internally about customer experience and platform practices didn’t seem to be taken seriously Morale took a huge hit as trust eroded across departments Frequent legal issues tied to customer complaints made it harder to take pride in the work
