At Soar Autism Center, we strive to provide a comprehensive two-week training program, but we recognize that transitioning from training to working directly with children can be challenging. Currently, we conduct training at two of our Colorado locations. Unfortunately, that means that we cannot ensure that trainees directly work with the clients who they will see at their local centers. We understand the value of hands-on experience, and we’re continually working to improve our training process to ensure our team members feel confident and prepared for their responsibilities.
