      Many great, warm-hearted employees committed to the agency mission. Great benefits. New leadership is promising.

      Cons

      Change is hard and ARC is no exception. Archaic ideas run rampant and it is very challenging to voice suggestions or thoughts.

      Proud that my efforts directly impact SOAR365's mission to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Leadership is visible and approachable, and I enjoy working with caring coworkers who are just as passionate about our mission.

      Cons

      Understanding that it is a nonprofit, pay lags behind comparable roles in other industries. However, the benefits are very competitive.
