This job is for you if you like backstabbing, people sabotaging your career, no positive supports, management via intimidation and attempt to control your actions, high/frequent turnover, talking behind your back, being thrown under the bus, gossip, moody and unstable employees/co-workers, condescending interactions, HR can not/will not help you, argumentative co-workers, trifling behaviors, inappropriate language and disclosure, favoritism, no annual evaluations in over a year, no annual employee satisfaction survey in over a year, no evaluating upper management to include immediate supervisor, piss-poor management, inconsistencies and constant changes, punitive and hostile environment, and just overall unprofessionalism.
