Pros
Great culture, great people to work with, great attitude all around. I am an Intern currently with SHR and everyone is so nice and welcoming. It's really like a big family in the office. I enjoy the weekly meetings the company has in which Mark, CEO, usually discusses an article or topic to help the company with customer service, client relations or professional development. Everyone tries really hard to be open and transparent at all times. Great experience.
Cons
I don't have many cons here. The only thing is that the Internship is unpaid, but they are very supportive of the university and working with internship programs so students can receive credit. The majority of the internship (at least currently) is responding to client Yelp reviews, so don't expect to be doing much with other social media platforms.
