The North American market is growing so it is a fast-paced environment. The company is investing a lot of resources in the NA market which is great as it was lacking in the past.
The people in the NY office is wonderful. The Senior folks are always available to help and provide insight on the product, client or process.

Cons
HQ is based in Prague so time difference create challenging exchanges varied from time delay to feeling siloed.
Transparency from Leadership is just beginning to happen but was non-existent for some time.
Onboarding is lacking, there are webinars and videos you join but not a set education program. Definitely is the life of a scale up. (Also, this is being created so that's exciting).
