We are disappointed to hear your experience at Socialfly was not a positive one. We always welcome both positive and negative feedback from our employees, past and present, as it helps us to learn and improve. As a fast-growing agency we have certainly experienced some growing pains. However, we pride ourselves on always striving to improve our operating structure and processes to make Socialfly both a great place to work for, and with. While we respect your thoughts, we respectfully disagree with your statements regarding the quality of work we deliver on behalf of our clients, and are extremely proud of our accomplishments in this area as our past and current clients would be happy to attest to. As leaders of an agency in a very competitive industry, our decision to be so visible in our efforts to promote our agency does not come from a desire to achieve fame or relevancy, but rather to bring positive attention and increased exposure to our company so that we can continue to successfully grow our client base and create more opportunities for our team. In doing so, we also hope to inspire fellow female entrepreneurs, a big reason we are involved in, and dedicated to, several mentorship programs. While we are not perfect, we work hard to do everything we can to create a positive work environment for our employees, one in which they are able to grow both personally and professionally. It pains us to learn you had a such negative experience working with us and will certainly do all we can to ensure current and future employees do not share a similar experience.
