Honestly the people here are what make it. I've worked at places where you dread Monday meetings, but the team at Society6 is genuinely collaborative and supportive. Management is approachable. The benefits are solid, and the remote work and flexibility are a plus. It feels like they actually care about the people, not just the output.

They give a lot, but they also expect a lot. It's definitely fast-paced and you need to be someone who can keep up with shifting priorities. Not for everyone, but if you thrive in that kind of environment it's actually energizing.

Good manager, pretty good perks, good insurance policy. A few good team mates.

Really weird culture. It felt hostile towards Black and Brown people, honestly. Hadn't ever felt that in my career. My department exceeded growth goals but were quizzed on why the whole company didn't achieve growth? There were a lot of senior leadership hires that led to a lot of unnecessary revenue bleeds and the worker bees suffered for the poor leadership decisions.
