Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We take feedback seriously; however, we are unable to reconcile parts of this review with our experience of the business. Over the past three years, we have had one team member leave the company, and there have been no departures from the Business Development function specifically. Claims regarding high turnover therefore do not reflect our retention history.
We place a strong emphasis on collaboration, transparency, and accessible leadership, and we encourage anyone with genuine concerns to raise them directly so they can be discussed and addressed constructively.
the reps who hire you are nice, but the upper mgmt and accounts dept is horrible
Cons
i was hired by one of their rep to be a photographer on their list for food jobs here in the USA. you sign their contract stating that after 1 months form the job you will be paid. Well it was 3months later and i still had not been paid. No one had reached out to me with an update. I had to harass and contact the CEO several times to get payment. Once payment was i finally sent my bank took money form the wire so i lost even more money from that job. Out of all the ways they could have paid me they chose to make it more difficult. The company is not experienced and managed by a CEO who clearly doesnt know how to deal with freelancers.
Low pay, 30 clients a week, high pressure to do a full 360 marketing strategy, execution and data analysis for each client. Blaming game if you ever dropped the ball or if any client decided to leave

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective.
We recognise that roles in fast-growing companies can be demanding, and we continuously review workload, tooling, and support to ensure expectations are reasonable and sustainable.
That said, the responsibilities described here do not reflect the scope of an Account Executive role within our organisation. Our AEs are focused on sales and relationship development and are not responsible for executing or managing delivery-level marketing activity.
We encourage anyone with genuine concerns about role expectations or workload to raise them directly so they can be discussed and addressed constructively.
