I joined as one of the initial employees, and I have genuinely seen tremendous growth, both personally and for the company. The kind of exposure I got across brands, pitches and campaigns really helped me build confidence and understand the business better.

Strategy timelines can be very tight, and sometimes there is not enough time or input to build ideas as deeply as they should be built.

Everything is a con from job security to distance of office. Full of creeps in this place. if you wanna be successful just work according to them in all ways .. they just ruin you and the creep eyes if you say no to them they fire you !!! Harrasment :8/10 Bad Office culture :7/10
