      Pros

      Only the salary is not bad, but it's mediocre at best

      Cons

      Most employees of Socure dislike the company culture here. We have a lackluster work environment due to the lack of support and guidance from the leadership. We rarely get presented with opportunities for growth, and most of the managers are bossy and toxic instead of supportive and helpful. many managers here don't know how to mentor properly.
