I found that company is very well cultured & organised, They Hiring less & quality people. and giving them all opportunity to learn for their career process.
We all are working for our self and we are good with our self and well satisfied with the work which we are doing. Then definitely company will also grow.
There are many people who joined this company and with in an year they went on client site.

The company is only bad for those people who does not aware about their responsibility.
And only expert in making good excuses and working with negativity.
