Pros
In some projects end to end development there.I joined as a fresher I learned so many things related to technology like java j2ee oracle db . End to end development of project there. Its a product based company so fresher can able to learn all the project flow. Initially package is low but after very high percentage of hike minimum 6k per month.
Cons
In most of the project heavy work have to stay upto 10 o clock in night. They will not following any software company policy like meetings knowledge sharing is very less you have to learn all things by your self.
