While we don’t promote pinching our staff, we appreciate the time you took to provide your feedback :)
Based on feedback like yours, as well as the new position of the International Training and Professional Development Manager, we’ve already made changes to the onboarding process.
We have all new staff meet with various departments within their first 3 months to see first hand how each department’s role fits into the bigger picture of SofterWare. We also extended the length of the time for the training schedule so it's not so overwhelming, and you have more time to get acclimated. We’ll continue to make improvements based on the great feedback we get (like yours).. We want to ensure onboarding is a “delightful” experience for all of our new staff joining our team.
