They just don't care - UX Designer Softermii Employee Review

Unfortunately, when I faced an important situation regarding the need to obtain confirmation of my previous employment for applying for permanent residency in another country, I encountered a complete lack of feedback. My requests went unanswered across all communication channels. Such an approach to supporting former employees raises concerns and calls into question the reliability of the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend collaborating with this organization.
