Pros
From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed and right at home here at Softgames. It’s a place where I feel challenged, trusted, and valued. My contributions matter, and I’m supported by a strong and like-minded team. What really stands out is our commitment to remote work. Not just as a policy, but as part of our identity. We connect talents from all over the world and embrace the benefits and challenges that come with it. Trust and transparency are values that are sought and lived, responsibility and ownership, required and expected. Twice a year we travel to meet, align, and enjoy! Coming together and getting to know the entire team and spirit(s) creates a unique setting, boosting motivation, purpose and camaraderie. We’re on a journey together, to master the challenges in front of us and discover new opportunities. In many ways, it feels like we’re just getting started - and I’m excited to be part of what’s ahead.
Cons
With high ambitions and shifting priorities, clear and continuous communication is essential. While I feel that there’s still room to grow in that area, we are aware and willing to push in the right direction. Compensation and bonus structures are good, though not outstanding. An ambitious vision with realistic goals could be the stepping stone for even greater things to come.
