      Pros

      Big team, a lot of unnecessary meeting while on part-time

      Cons

      May refuse to pay unilaterally. They just scheduled a meeting with 3 people to announce they won't pay for about a week of my time I spent on their projects.

      Pros

      -Leadership Team is very transparent, sensitive, and always doing their best for the employees. It's great for morale compared to past companies I've worked at. -Almost everyone I've met has been really kind, professional, and helpful. -A lot of cool benefits, fundraisers, and parties - this is all due to the great culture from top to bottom. -Flexible working life and good work-life balance.

      Cons

      -There can be some miscommunications between teams. -Role can be unclear at times. -Consider raising PTO days for employees who've been working for 1-5+ years (instead of after a whole 10 years)
