Pros

It's funny to read review from Team Leader (Leader, not Lead :D ), especially when there is no (and never was) such role at Softr- fake people, fake toxic reviews from toxic, unprofessional loosers. Great leadership. High level professionals from whom you can learn a lot. Highest standards for employees: you need to be top level or look for other job. Good stock options. No layoffs but lots of new openings. Clear vision from C level and bright future.

Cons

Too many chances were given to some toxic, unprofessional, amoral staff hoping they will get human like behavior, while this never worked.

Pros

I had the pleasure of working with this exceptional team of developers, and I can confidently say that they are top-notch professionals. Their dedication and hard work are truly remarkable. Not only did they consistently meet deadlines, but they also went above and beyond to ensure the highest quality in everything they produced. Their problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to collaborate seamlessly made a significant difference in the success of our project. If you're looking for a hardworking and talented team of developers, this is the group to trust!

Pros

nothing comes to mind. no pros

Cons

they have neither education nor culture of managing people. Terrible management and excessive micromanagement. Engineering managers do not trust engineers, and similarly, the CTO does not trust the engineering managers or other engineers. The situation in the product team is just as bad, if not worse. But the worst is that they don’t want to hear others; no one's opinion matters to them. They believe the truth is singular, and only they know it.
