      The people at the company are always willing to help you.

      Cons

      The company is not progressive at all. They are not run like a software company, so if you are expecting a culture and environment that you believe is like any other software companies, go somewhere else. With the right people in leadership, the company would have moved in a better direction, however, without that leadership, the company will never grow. Do not come here if you do not have thick skin. The leader of the organization has no problem talking down to you.

      Pros

      The difference between management before and now is night and day. The culture provides people with the ability to voice their opinion in a safe environment where you can be heard and your suggestions are taken into consideration. The company has taken great strides to implement processes that have not existed before and are constantly evolving. Our new ownership has created a space that is focused both on our products and our customers. Our ownership makes thoughtful decisions on our development, our future, and the employees. Culturally, our ownership considers what the employees want, listens to the voice of the employees, and is constantly working towards ways we can continue to grow together as coworkers. I would highly, highly recommend Softrip as a place to work.
