Pros
Large company with broad technology stack and varied, global consulting assignments. Pay is generally above average. Good benefits and work-life balance.
Cons
Doesn't seem to understand how to operate a truly global organization. Transferring from one geographic location to another generally means starting over from a benefits perspective. Micromanaged to an extreme -- local decisions require approval from HQ. Managed by the quarter so can be short-sighted in staffing decisions. Don't expect a pay raise.
